All services provided by AirStaySolutions are offered on a consultancy basis and are non-refundable once a session is booked and confirmed.
By purchasing any session or service from our platform, you agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
Our consultation services involve dedicated time, research, and effort tailored specifically to each client.
Once a session is scheduled and initiated, the time and resources cannot be reclaimed or reused.
We do not sell physical or returnable products — all services are digital, one-on-one, and knowledge-based.
3. Exceptions (If Any)
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:
- If a confirmed session is not delivered by our team.
- If payment was deducted but the service was not scheduled due to a technical error.
In such cases, customers must contact our staff via email at teamairstaysolutions@gmail.com. If the claim is found to be legitimate, we will process the refund accordingly. Please note that it may take up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account.
